note to say how impressed we are with SmartFreight. Its ability
to interface with our internal software has sped up our whole
dispatch operation, with the added bonus of getting rid of prepaid

I can tell you
that the SmartFreight system introduced at the end of last year
is excellent in meeting our needs both from an operational point
of view and as a reporting tool. I would also like to take the
opportunity to say that you have made the implementation of the
system much simpler and my staff were impressed with the support
that you provided during the process.
We have been
using SmartFreight since August 2006, and run all our five carriers
through it. The Cost Comparison feature has reduced our freight
spend despite the increases in carrier rates, and the reports
make it simple to reconcile the freight bills each month.
SmartFreight
is fast and easy to use – we simply could not go back to
the old days of handwriting consignment notes and attaching prepaid
tickets to boxes.
